Sporty Spice
This weekend, Chris and I headed over to the state fairgrounds to join his dad at the Back to the 50s car show he’s brought his 1964 Ford Falcon to the last few years. It was a perfect summer day—not a cloud in the sky. And while I don’t have much interest in cars, I didn’t mind spending the afternoon strolling around in the sun and sipping a Grain Belt beer. It was the perfect outing to bust out my newish sporty sandals that look like classic Tevas, with a fashion twist. When it’s too hot for sneakers, but you need shoes that are a little more rugged than flip-flops or slides (art fairs, festivals, outdoor concerts), these are a must!
