Act Fast: Halogen X Atlantic-Pacific Picks
How’s your week going? Chris and I have been spending ours raking leaves (40 bags and counting—the joys of homeownership!) and vegging out to Making a Murderer season 2!
In case you’re in the mood for a mini wardrobe refresh, blogger Blair Eadie’s collaboration with Halogen launched at Nordstrom this week! Despite undeniable style influence, I’m skeptical of all the blogger capsules that have been popping up recently. It’s AWESOME that there’s a market for bloggers to launch clothing lines, but I don’t think a large Instagram following and pretty pictures always equate to design chops or quality clothes worth investing in. But Blair of Atlantic-Pacific is different. She started her career in merchandising at Gap and is a legit fashion authority—watch her videos at Nordstrom.com! Girl knows her stuff. And while you know I love an all-black combo, Blair’s tonal styling, signature pattern mixing and quirky sensibility is hard to resist. Here are my picks from the collection!
