The $19 Bathroom Upgrade Everyone Needs
Since we bought our house, I’ve been trying to decorate room by room (aka NOT buy everything all at once). I’m doing a decent job exercising self-control, but it’s hard! It’s so fun to finally own a house, and I just want everything to be in place immediately, you know?
Our bathroom is the smallest room in the house, and the one room that is pretty much complete. The previous owners updated it—so the design is clean, light and bright with modern finishings and a heated floor we love! The only thing I needed to add was a tank tray (and matching tissue box holder—obsessed with this collection) and a few accessories to style up the space! A tray is one of the secrets to a put-together home, and I have one in pretty much every room!
In addition to necessities like mouth wash and body lotion, my tray hosts hand cream, perfume, facial mist and a fancy-ish room spray. The room spray is NEW since we got the house, and so clutch! I also have a candle in my bathroom, but find I only light it when we have people over. A scented spray, on the other hand, keeps the bathroom smelling fresh 24/7 and gives me mood-boosting vacation vibes any day of the week (this one bottles up the sea salt, coastal blooms and shore breezes of Laguna Beach). At $19, it’s truly a steal (by far the most affordable of all the fancy sprays I considered)—and when I’m running late for work (um, every morning), I use it as a body mist to quickly freshen up.
We might not have a walk-in shower or double vanity (or really any vanity!), but the Laguna room spray makes our little bathroom feel instantly more luxurious.
